Lismore Dojo will be hosting the Winter Regional Seminar on 20th—21st July, 2013.
Please register by providing the following details via our website contact us form – Name, Address, Phone, Email, Dojo, Grading: no/yes for _____Kyu, Special dietary requirements, Known injuries.
The seminars aim to promote fellowship amongst the students of our region and to give the opportunity for students to improve technique and to learn from high-ranking teachers including Mike Sinagra, 4th Dan who will be our guest instructor.
We invite all Kokikai students to attend this event and extend this welcome to practitioners of other Aikido styles.
The seminar will include open hand and weapon training as well as gradings.

Classes times are 5:30pm to 7:30pm Wednesday and Friday at the Lismore PCYC– Cnr Dawson & Orion Sts Lismore (see map). Please arrive at 5:30 to change and sweep dojo for a 5:45 pm bow in.
Aikido Kokikai primarilary offers an opportunity for us to develop our innate potential. Kokikai Aikido is practiced with a co-operative attitude, as we realize that we are each helping each other to improve ourselves.
We extend a cordial welcome and invitation to all martial artists and in particular aikido practitioners who have trained in other styles to come and train at the Lismore dojo.
